Knowledge management systems

Creating intuitive platforms that enable organisations to capture, share and use evidence effectively.

We help design knowledge management systems that make evidence easier to capture, share and use. We create user‑centred platforms that strengthen organisational learning and support better decision‑making. Our experience includes a global learning hub for the Global Resilience Partnership, enabling partners to exchange insights and collaborate more effectively. We also developed intuitive SharePoint‑based intranet systems for the UK Government’s COAST programme and Blue Planet Fund, improving knowledge flows across teams.

Beyond platform development, Itad integrates knowledge management into major evidence and learning initiatives, such as work on Marine Protected Areas’ environmental and socioeconomic outcomes and the Evidence for Sustainable Fisheries and Aquaculture Development programme in Ghana, both of which involve structured evidence sharing and learning processes. We also support the strengthening of organisational knowledge systems through ongoing work with Norad, and facilitate real‑time learning within the ASEAN–UK Health Security Partnership.
