Learning partnerships
Learning partnerships play a vital role in creating space for reflection, helping to make sense of what’s happening, and providing clarity and direction for the way ahead.
We often accompany our partners on ‘learning journeys’ over the long-term to develop a deeper understanding of a particular topic or portfolio of work. Sometimes this means that we help create learning frameworks or learning plans, but often this means that we have a more iterative role: we are a critical friend, offering objective guidance and rigorous analysis while building relationships, curating evidence, and sharing learning and insights to make evidence-informed decisions.
We excel at managing complex, often political processes, combining empathy and strong interpersonal skills to build trust, navigate sensitive dynamics, and foster alignment among diverse stakeholders.
