Driving change in sexual and reproductive health rights

We help organisations unlock impact in SRHR through evidence, learning and strategy—driving better outcomes for women, girls and communities where rights, access and choice are most at risk.

Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) are fundamental to human dignity, gender equality, and sustainable development. Yet, millions still lack access to essential services. Every day, over 800 women die from preventable causes related to pregnancy and childbirth, and an estimated 218 million women in low- and middle-income countries have an unmet need for modern contraception. Addressing SRHR is not just a health imperative—it’s a matter of rights, equity, and resilience.

At Itad, we bring a rigorous, evidence-based approach to SRHR programming. Our consultancy services are grounded in deep sectoral expertise, adaptive learning, and a commitment to locally led change. We work with governments, donors, and NGOs to design, evaluate, and strengthen SRHR interventions that are inclusive, context-sensitive, and scalable. From adolescent health to family planning, our work helps partners understand what works, why, for whom, and how to improve impact.

What sets Itad apart is our ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. We don’t just measure outcomes—we co-create learning processes that drive strategic decision-making and policy reform. Whether it’s through participatory evaluations, systems thinking, or equity-focused frameworks, our SRHR work is designed to amplify voices, challenge norms, and catalyze sustainable change.
