We promote hybrid and flexible working
We think the flexibility that remote working has afforded us is positive and should be maintained.
It is also important to us to feel connected to each other to learn and share ideas from the unplanned conversations that happen just by being around colleagues. Getting to know each other outside of a teams call is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships and we really value this.
Our offices
We are based in Brighton, UK and Washington, DC.
We recently moved to a new office in the heart of Brighton, a city which is a thriving center for the arts, food, festivals and concerts. Our office is right next door to the beautiful Brighton Lanes and a stone’s throw away (pun not intended) from Brighton Beach.
We pride ourselves on having a modern, collaborative work environment full of informal workspaces, focus areas and meeting rooms, and social spaces. Plus, we’re dog friendly
