The Mobile Money for the Unbanked (MMU) programme is working with mobile phone operators and the financial services industry to accelerate the availability of affordable financial services that provide safety, security and convenience to the unbanked.
Itad has been contracted to measure the results of the programme through an annual survey of MMU beneficiaries and a more detailed evaluation of a selection of MMU initiatives. The main aim of the work is to contribute to improvements MMU’s engagement model over time.
