Itad conducted a review for the World Bank, on the overall approach to PM&E under the Sustainable Livelihoods Project (SLP)-1 and provided a detailed framework for M&E in SLP-2 which included indicators, reporting requirements and institutional responsibilities for participatory monitoring of the Pasture Risk Management and Local Initiatives Funds components.

The Sustainable Livelihoods Project (SLP) aimed to develop and demonstrate effective approaches to promoting improved, secure and sustainable livelihood strategies and create institutional capacity for subsequent scaling up. The SLP was the first phase of the Sustainable Livelihoods Program, a three-phase program aimed at reducing vulnerability and increasing the security and sustainability of poor and near-poor households throughout Mongolia.
