He has played a pivotal role in aligning these functions with the strategic plans of different organizations, contributing significantly to program development. Notably, his expertise extends beyond national boundaries, as he has provided valuable assistance to the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) in establishing quality assurance benchmarks and guidelines for schools and higher education.
