This programme has been purpose-built for independent consultants, early career project leads and experienced team leaders to address the gap in support available for transitioning from technical roles into project and team leadership.

About the course
Delivered across four expert-led modules, participants will explore the real-world challenges that team leaders face—using case studies, hands-on exercises and guided reflection to deepen and apply learning.
Each module features:
- Two practical, three‑hour online sessions
- Expert insights from seasoned team leaders, client representatives, and Itad’s Operations Team
- A 360-degree view of the team leader role—spanning delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence
- A group coaching session, supporting reflection and next steps in your leadership journey
Price: £450 (+VAT) per module
