Sarah Owen is a senior member of Itad’s Supplier Management Team and is central to the smooth running of the supplier experience at Itad – from registration to due diligence to subcontracting and to client compliance. Sarah is one of the first points of contact for supplier queries, questions and feedback. She ensures all supplier-related processes are efficient, effective, and align with Itad’s standards; whilst also building and maintaining strong relationships with Itad’s service providers.
Sarah delivers business improvements with a focus on supplier management, and mentors Itad’s Suppliers Officer and Suppliers Administrator. In addition to operational duties, Sarah also supports the delivery of complex, high-risk projects. This includes managing commercial processes, stakeholder relationships, project risks, financial planning, and compliance.
Sarah has extensive experience in senior co-ordination roles and, prior to joining Itad, held positions with Frontline AIDS and Friends of the Earth. She holds a degree in environmental science, a diploma in event management with public relations and a Pitman’s computer skills diploma.
