Philippa Tadele is a Partner at Itad. She has more than 25 years’ experience in international development and has done long-term stints in Namibia, South Africa, Nigeria and Ethiopia.
Philippa’s technical and managerial skills have developed through programme management, including the commissioning of many forms of evaluation. She has also focused on MEL systems design and monitoring, and quality assurance. Her specialisms cut across poverty and livelihoods, and climate change and natural resources.
Philippa joined Itad in 2012 as an Associate Director, and is now one of our Partners. She leads on safeguarding, which has entailed oversight of the development of Itad’s safeguarding policy and procedures. She is accountable to the board on the issue.
