Nancy Leggett joined Itad in February 2025 as a Practice Analyst.
She is currently part of the Inclusive Growth and Climate Change practice, where she focuses on inclusive employment and climate change. In her role, Nancy has supported the delivery of various evaluations and worked with a diverse range of clients, including the Mastercard Foundation, Defra, and BII. She also contributes to the development of project deliverables, assists with team coordination, and provides comprehensive administrative support.
Nancy holds an MA in Poverty and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex and a BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge. Her research has centered on poverty, gender, and social protection, and she has gained field experience conducting mixed-methods analysis in the UK and Vietnam. Prior to joining Itad, she worked as a short-term research consultant and volunteered with NGOs supporting development initiatives.
