Judit joined Itad in 2025 as a Consultant in the Human Development practice, bringing a decade of international experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), research, and strategic communications across the NGO, charity, and public sectors.
As a qualified journalist and certified data technician, Judit specialises in generating, using, and communicating evidence to drive impact. Her expertise spans the full evidence cycle: from designing robust data collection tools and systems, to implementing research and conducting in-depth analysis. She excels at translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
Prior to joining Itad, she built her expertise in gender-based violence, sexual violence, modern slavery, human trafficking, and safeguarding, drawing on significant programme delivery experience and direct work supporting survivors.
At Itad, Judit is currently working across a range of areas including Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and family planning, GEDSI, Global Health Research and Global Health Security. She holds an MA in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Sussex, a B.A. in Journalism from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Data Technician diploma by Corndel.
