Haya joined Itad in 2025 as a Consultant in Human Development, contributing to the successful delivery and management of projects across global health, education, and WASH. She collaborates with key stakeholders to generate evidence, support strategic decision-making, and ensure high-quality project implementation.
With a background in MEL and program administration, Haya brings extensive experience in designing data collection tools, analysing program performance, and strengthening accountability frameworks. Before joining Itad, she held roles at Cowater International, Médecins du Monde, and ACTED, where she led evaluation initiatives and managed donor-funded programs.
Passionate about equity and inclusion, Haya has also played a key role in capacity-building initiatives within the humanitarian and development sectors.
