Hannah Venter is the Business Development Officer for Itad’s Inclusive Growth and Climate Change practice.
Hannah joined Itad in July 2025, having worked in the international development sector for over a year prior to her current role. She supports the identification of strategic opportunities across climate and economic development bids, builds relationships with prospective clients and partners, and leads the development of successful proposals for bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic organisations.
Hannah holds an MA in Linguistics and Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh, and an MSc in Environment, Politics and Development from King’s College London. Her master’s thesis focused on urban resilience and the role of grassroots movements in advancing equitable urban greening initiatives.
Passionate about inclusive approaches to the climate crisis, Hannah volunteers with a youth-led climate organisation in her spare time.
