David Allen provides proactive and responsive support to users across the business and ensures IT systems are utilised to their potential and are up-to-date.
David oversees Itad’s IT and telecoms asset and device management. This includes managing all user setups and the contracts and usage of desk and mobile phones. He provides IT support across the company including the management of support desk arrangements.
David also manages the licensing and distribution of a wide range of software applications and ensures they are used in line with relevant policies. He works on new IT infrastructure projects and on related process developments so that they can support business requirements.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of Huddersfield.
