Ally Bavestrelli supports consultants across the company with research and analysis as part of our first cohort of cross-topic research analysts. This gives her the unique opportunity to work on a variety of topics, business approaches, and monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
Prior to joining Itad, Ally consulted for the Jamaica National Foundation, guiding them in their efforts to develop a sustainable business that would enhance the visibility of Jamaican youth advocates. Ally also interned at KPMG Italy, where she used participatory approaches to lead and deliver a new capacity building strategy for one of their flagship corporate social responsibility projects.
Ally holds an MA in anthropology of development and social transformation from Sussex University, where she graduated with distinction. Her dissertation looked at how activist art forms can facilitate the integration of people with migrant and refugee backgrounds in the UK.
