The framework developed by the team of evaluators working on the Transformational Change in the Climate Investment Funds has been published as a learning brief by Itad and the Climate Investment Funds (CIF).
The framework helps to understand and track progress towards transformation, identifying so-called ‘signals’ across three aspects of transformational change: stages, dimensions, and sector or theme. The publication follows interest from a variety of organisations working on climate action striving to understand transformational change.
The brief aims to provide a set of illustrative signals (early, interim and advanced) and ideas on how signals could be developed further for other purposes and to serve as a learning resource for CIF and its stakeholders.
