Bhabra is a Project Manager based at Itad East Africa’s office in Nairobi, Kenya, with over ten years of experience supporting the delivery of complex international development programmes across Africa.
She has expertise in project management, operations, finance and commercial management, with particular experience in governance, peacebuilding, security, food systems and systems change initiatives.
At Itad, Bhabra supports the delivery of monitoring, evaluation, learning and advisory projects across the region. She works closely with project teams, clients and partners to manage project implementation, finances and contracts, strengthen operational systems, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly. She also plays an active role in business development, contributing to opportunity management, bid development and commercial processes that help secure and grow Itad’s portfolio in Africa.
Prior to joining Itad, Bhabra held project management roles in consulting firms based in Nairobi, where she managed a range of donor-funded programmes across Africa. Her experience spans project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business development, financial management, risk and compliance, and organisational improvement.
Bhabra holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance and Banking, Hons.) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
