Mattie Jones joined Itad’s Inclusive Growth and Climate Change team in 2025 as a Senior Project Officer. She plays a key role in the commercial and operational management of some of our most complex projects, such as OCEAN which provides ongoing monitoring, evaluation and learning of community-led marine initiatives. In addition to project delivery, Mattie is committed to improving and streamlining general project management processes across the organization.
Mattie holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from the University of Lancaster where she developed a keen interest in international relations and development. Prior to joining Itad, she worked for over three years at Oxford Policy Management, contributing to the successful delivery of international development projects across diverse sectors and regions. Her portfolio included a major global UNAIDS programme, which provided technical support to more than 80 countries worldwide.
