The ESPA research programme aims to deliver high quality and cutting-edge research that will improve our understanding of ecosystems in terms of the services they provide for poverty reduction and inclusive growth processes.
Our role
We designed an integrated and effective reporting and monitoring system, to improve the quality of information available to the funders and the Directorate. At the same time we aimed to make reporting easier for projects and the Directorate and better for stakeholders. We helped ESPA to develop a Theory of Change and in delivering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for programme reporting. We also assisted the programme to design criteria for project-level reporting with the aim of developing a single reporting system that captures information required for programme-level reporting and indicators and narratives of ESPA impact.
