Rosalind Welton joined Itad in 2015. She initially worked in the project management unit and later moved to finance.
As Practice Management Accountant, Rosalind supports consultants by providing meaningful reporting and analysis on financial performance, feeding into the budgeting and forecasting process and contributing to the month-end completion. Rosalind also provides advanced technical support to the wider business and works as a project accountant on several complex projects. Rosalind is currently working towards her CIMA qualification.
Before joining Itad, Rosalind worked at the University of Oxford, providing administrative support to departments and academics. She mainly focused on drafting contracts, setting up financial accounts and reviewing proposals. Prior to this, she volunteered as a teacher for a school in rural Kenya.
