Rockefeller Foundation, Innovation in Impact Evaluation for Development

Itad and IDS have launched a joint initiative with CDI to contribute to learning and innovation in impact evaluation and ICT for M&E to the Rockefeller Foundation.

20/08/2014

Itad and the Institute for Development Studies (IDS) have launched a joint initiative with The Centre for Development Impact (CDI) to contribute to learning and innovation in the field of impact evaluation, through the use of appropriate, mixed-method, and robust evaluation designs, and through innovation in new technology.

Itad and IDS believe that CDI will enable donors to look beyond conventional evaluation approaches and assess the real impact of their programs. This grant supports the ongoing work of the Centre for Development Impact and to extend the reach and benefits of the innovative work of the Centre in the areas of impact evaluation and ICT for M&E, to the Rockefeller Foundation and its grantees, as well as to a core group of US foundations keenly interested in innovation for impact evaluation and learning.
