SPARC - State Partnership for Accountability Responsiveness and Capability – will focus on three main areas: Policy; Public Financial Management and Civil Service Reform; and Strengthening Federal Government’s support, and incentives, for better performance in state level governments strengthened.
SAVI – State Accountability and Voice Initiative - will focus on: Advocacy Projects; Monitoring, Research and Policy Analysis; and strengthening the functioning of State Houses of Assembly.
With a combined budget of almost GBP 80 million, the programmes will run for six years. |
