Since joining ITAD in 2007, Charlotte has conducted numerous country programme and thematic evaluations as deputy team leader or team leader for clients, including the African Development Bank, Irish Aid, DFID, Danida, and Norad.

In 2008, partner and donor countries committed to monitoring the implementation of the Fragile States Principles (FSP), alongside the already well-established monitoring of the Paris Declaration principles. The outcome of the FSP country surveys will be discussed at the OECD DAC Fourth High-Level Forum in Busan, Korea, in November 2011
