The aid effectiveness agenda emphasises ownership by partner countries, alignment to national development plans, harmonisation of donor approaches and procedures, results-based management, and mutual accountability.
ITAD works with donor agencies and governments to build their capacity to address this agenda, and to evaluate progress at agency and country level.
